Reading is Rewarding 2012

Program for anyone  between the ages of 7 and 14.
Reading from our list of  recommended titles rewards you with chances at prize draws, with  2 final grand prizes of a Kobo e-reader.
The earlier you register the more chances you have to win. Registration begins November 15th.

The Official Rules!
Each participant must register by January 8th, 2013.
Each book must be from our Rewarding book list or approved by a library staff member.
Books read must be from Tay Township Library.
Each book read must be entered into our contest database before the contest closes May 15th, 2013.
To qualify for the grand prize draw, participants must have read at least one Rewarding book per month for the duration of the contest.

The Tay Township Public Library services the residents of Tay Township with three branches located in Port McNicoll, Victoria Harbour, and Waubaushene.

Library Membership

Library Membership is free to all residents of Tay Township. Sign up at any branch for a card. Anyone wishing to become a member must present identification with their current address. Cards must be presented in order to borrow material.

• Browse the stacks to find a great read
• Get computer training
• Participate in a story time with your tiny tots
• Join friends for social activities
• Learn a new craft
• Learn to use multimedia including ebooks and books-on-cd
• Learn to search the internet
• Help your community by volunteering
• Learn to play an electronic game
• Participate in a singing contest
• Order your vegetables for the month
